Julia teaches a variety of styles of yoga and meditation. Encompassing all levels and abilities, her aim is to teach holistically allowing the students to feel safe, comfortable and challenged all at the same time. This is experiential yoga, listening to your inner teacher, honoring your unique expression.
Julia’s passion for Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda has taken her to California to study with Dr. Deepak Chopra at the Chopra University. Anand Prakash Ashram, Rishikesh, India to study with Yogi Vishvketu, World Conscious Yoga Family.
To Julia yoga is more than a series of postures; it is a way of life on and off the mat. Incorporating these ancient techniques into a busy life allows her to have a sense of connection and groundedness. Julia is also a Holistic and Ayurvedic Therapist, blending body, mind and spirit.

Hatha—Raja a sequence of moderate postures practiced in a slow and mindful way in conjunction with the sonorous Brahmaree Pranayama (honey bee breath). The intention in this class is to lengthen the breath in the postures with sound. It emphasizes postures that influence the pineal and pituitary glands of the brain helping to bring the mind to a calm and uplifted state.
